April 2015 - South River Landing community shows activity

April ended with five properties active, three under contract and one that decided to withdraw from the market.

Active properties:
  • 150 South River Landing Road was re-listed this month for $759,900 following it's withdrawal last November after 157 days on the market.
  • 340 South River Landing Road waterfront remains steady at $930,000 for sale 267 days.
  • 420 South River Landing Road dropped in price from $845,000 to $825,000.
  • 630 South River Landing Road waterfront is still active at $1,975,000 at 674 days
  • 1110 South River Landing Road remains for sale at 740,000 and 147 days.


Status Changes
  • 650 South River Landing Road listed at $869,900 is under contract and due to settle on May 28th.
  • 810 South River Landing Road withdrew from the market priced at $1,599,000 after 279 days.
  • 1150 South River Landing Road is the distressed property being offered as a potential short sale and remains in a static state of "under contract" with a new settlment date of June 19th.
  • 1160 South River Landing Road came on the market at $1,100,000 is under contract to settle on July 24th.
