March 2015 - Sweeps in with Renewed Listings

March swept in with three former properties that were withdrawn at the end of 2014 coming back on the market in South River Landing community. Two of those three are active and one re-positioned price and went under contract.

Active properties:
  • 340 South River Landing Road waterfront remains steady at $930,000.
  • 420 South River Landing Road jumped back in the market for the fifteenth time at $845,000--a higher list price than when it was withdrawn this past December.
  • 630 South River Landing Road waterfront is still active at $1,975,000.
  • 810 South River Landing Road is still active at $1,850,000.
  • 1110 South River Landing Road came back on the market for a third time at the last sales price of $740,000.
Status Changes
  • 650 South River Landing Road kicked off the month with a contract.
  • 1150 South River Landing Road is the distressed property being offered as a potential short sale and remains in a static state of "under contract" with constant date changes.
  • 1160 South River Landing Road came on the market at $1,100,000 and went under contract.
