January 2015: South River Landing Sees One New Waterview Property Debut

January 2015 wasn't remarkable for the community. Active listings saw one waterview added to the mix; all other listings remained unchanged.

Here is how the community looked for the new year:

Active properties:

• 340 South River Landing Road waterfront still remains active for $998,000 at 177 days.
• 530 South River Landing Road waterfront entered the market at $999,999.
• 630 South River Landing Road is still active at $1,975,000 on the market for the longest at 584 days.
• 650 South River Landing Road dropped to $869,900, 120 days.
• 650 South River Landing Road also is up for rent at $3,850 for 110 days.
• 810 South River Landing Road is still active at $1,850,000 at 200 days.
