The average days on the market for the community is 132 days. The listing with the most days on the market is also the highest priced listing in the community, 630 South River Landing Rd, at 492 days.

• 340 South River Landing Road waterfront still remains active for $998,000.
• 420 South River Landing Road still remains active at $800,000.
• 420 South River Landing Road is still offering the home for rent at $3,800, including the 30-ft boat slip.
• 630 South River Landing Road is still at $1,975,000.
• 650 South River Landing Road hit the market this month at $874,500.
• 650 South River Landing Road also is up for rent at $3,850.
• 810 South River Landing Road is still active at $1,850,000.
• 820 South River Landing Road reduced the price to $1,795,000.
• 1110 South River Landing Road came off the market after 203 days on 10/17 after its last price reduction to $740,000.
• 1150 South River Landing Road is still offered for sale at $550,000.
• 1160 South River Landing Road had a price adjustment to $1,195,000.
