September 2014 - Market in Holding Pattern with Some Adjustments

September closed out the month with 9 active resale listings and one 1 rental listing. Here's all the activity in the community:
  • 150 South River Landing Road remains active at $759,900 since listing in June 2014.
  • 320 South River Landing Road rented for $3,250 down from $3,500 original list price.
  • 340 South River Landing Road waterfront remains active since  August 8, 2014 for $998,000.
  • 420 South River Landing Road still remains active at $800,000.
  • 420 South River Landing Road is still offering the home for rent at $3,800, including the 30-ft boat slip, on August 21, 2014.
  • 630 South River Landing Road reduced the initial offering price of $2,175,000 to $1,975,000.
  • 820 South River Landing Road remains active at $1,895,000 since listing in August 2014.
  • 1110 South River Landing Road remains active at $740,000 since listing in June 2014.
  • 1150 South River Landing Road after more than one year under contract as a distressed/short sale, it has been relisted as "Active" at the higher price of $550,000.
  • 1160 South River Landing Road remains active at the adjusted price of $1,250,000.
