August 2014 - Summer Ends Boasting a Big Inventory in South River Landing

August ended with 10 listings active--8 resales and 2 rentals, 1 sold and 1 under continuous contract. Here's all the activity in the community:
  • 150 South River Landing Road remains active at $759,900 since listing in June 2014.
  • 320 South River Landing Road with waterviews of the South River and a deeded boat slip with 10,000lb boat lift SOLD on August 4, 2014 for $930,000.
  • 320 South River Landing Road turned around and listed the home for rent on August 11, 2014 for $3,500.
  • 340 South River Landing Road waterfront was listed for sale on August 8, 2014 for $998,000.
  • 420 South River Landing Road still remains active following its July 2014 price adjustment to $800,000, down from its original offering price in March for $950,000.
  • 420 South River Landing Road also offered the home for rent at $3,800, including the 30-ft boat slip, on August 21, 2014.
  • 630 South River Landing Road remains on the market following its re-list in June at the reduced price of $2,175,000. This waterfront home sits vacant now that the owners have moved out. It has a glorious view of the South River, more than 7,000-sf of living space and conveys its deeded 50-ft boat slip.
  • 820 South River Landing Road waterfront with deeded 50-ft boat slip featuring views of Almhouse Creek was listed for $1,895,000 on August 1, 2014.
  • 1110 South River Landing Road with deeded boat slip remains active at $740,000 since listing in June 2014.
