The South River Landing community currently has three properties for sale:
- The home at 420 South River Landing Road has been re-listed for sale at $950,000--up from the recently-offered price of $849,500 at the end of last year.
- The waterfront home at at 630 South River Landing Road remains on the market at a price of $2,250,000.
- 1110 South River Landing Road was relisted this year at $760,000, down from $850,000 last August 2013. This 3,185sf home is not water view or waterfront but boasts an abundance of sunlight.
- The pending short sale awaiting bank approval at 1150 South River Landing Road remains "under contract" at the list price of $525,000. The pending settlement date of March 31, 2014 has once again been pushed out three months to a new date of June 30, 2014.
