January proved nothing new for the community: no new listings and the one short sale under contract at 1150 South River Landing Rd is still pending according to MLS data. Fortunately, that owner did secure a tenant for the property to avoid having that property sit vacant for much longer and accumulate additional issues from a vacant home.
