This home was originally listed on September 24, 2011 for $1,750,000 and dropped to $1,650,000 on March 15, 2012. Then, had another price correction to $1,499,900 before final listing price of $1,475,000 when the current contract of sale was registered. After 19 months, the sellers are finally through the sales process.
And finally, 310 South River Landing Rd sold for $820,000 after 403 days. It settled on April 29, 2013 after more than a year and several price adjustments.
