JULY 2017: Properties Slow to Sell in South River Landing

This amazing waterfront community is still seeing slower moving properties as many of the higher listing prices languish through the Summer though fewer listings are active on the market.  Here is what's happening:

Active
  • 160 South River Landing Rd was listed for sale on June 21, 2017 for $1,150,000.
  • 390 South River Landing Rd was listed for sale at $789,900 on April 18, 2017 and recently improved the price to $779,900.
  • 810 South River Landing Rd remains on the market since June 23, 2015 originally listed for sale at $1,699,000 and now down to $1,299,000.
Under Contract
  • 1150 South River Landing Rd was purchased by an investor following a foreclosure and the property sitting vacant and in considerable disrepair since 2014. It was renovated and offered for sale on May 27, 2017 for $829,900. It is due to close on August 18, 2017.
Off Market
  • 620 South River Landing Rd was listed on October 17, 2016 for $1,439,000 and came off of the market at an improved listed price of $1,399,000 on July 29, 2017.
