July 2015 - What's going on in South River Landing?

July has the same eight properties listed for sale last month, with a few making strategic re-positioning in prices.

Here's a quick overview:

Active properties:

• 150 South River Landing Road still active at $759,900.
• 340 South River Landing Road waterfront remains steady at $930,000.
• 420 South River Landing Road did another price drop from $795,000 to $750,000.
• 630 South River Landing Road waterfront repositioned to $1,875,000 from $1,975,000.
• 700 South River Landing Road waterfront remains at $1,799,000
• 810 South River Landing Road waterfront is still at $1,699,000
• 1110 South River Landing Road remains at $699,000.
• 1150 South River Landing Road is the distressed property being offered as a potential short sale just increased their price to $630,000 from $575,000. (See my prior post regarding this listing.)

• 1160 South River Landing Road listed at $1,100,000 settled for $1,050,000 with $1,000 in closing subsidy on July 24..
