February 2015: Market Movement Despite Frigid Temperatures & Wintry Weather

Despite the frigid temperatures, snow and ice of February, two properties went under contract in the South River Landing community.

The waterfront with amazing views at 530 South River Landing went under contract within 8 days of hitting the market; 650 South River Landing found its sweet spot at $869,000 after 148 days. With those two properties coming off the market, only three remain active.



Active properties:
  • 340 South River Landing Road waterfront dropped to $930,000 at 200+ days.
  • 630 South River Landing Road is still active at $1,975,000 on the market for the longest at 608 days.
  • 650 South River Landing Road remains active at $869,900.
  • 810 South River Landing Road is still active at $1,850,000 at 231 days.
