November 2013 -- Community Activity in 2013 Marks Improvement over 2012

This year proved to be a year of improvements in the community. Eleven homes went on the market and five sold. Of the five homes that sold in 2013 to date, the median selling price is up twenty-four percent (24%) to $812,000's with the sales being at 93% of original list price and selling in an average of 302 days.

That's quite a difference from the prior year stats where out of 9 listings in the community, only two homes sold and the remaining seven were withdrawn from the sales market. The median sales price in 2012 was only at $653,000, selling in an average of 233 days at 92% of original list price.
